The Latvian Sterilisation and Hygiene Specialists Association was founded in Riga in 2nd of June 2000. At the beginning of 2005, the LSHSA has 70 members - sterile supply specialists, hygiene and infection control nurses and doctors.
Our goals
Develop and popularise the fields of sterile supply, hospital hygiene and infection control and technical services of sterilisation and disinfection equipment.
Our tasks
Organize seminars, workshops and professional courses for sterile supply, hygiene and infection control staff.
Promote collaboration between Association and medical institutions.
