Call for Abstracts

The WFHSS welcomes the submission of abstracts for the Annual WFHSS and ANES Conference 2011 to be held in Estoril, Portugal, from 12 to 15 October. Accepted abstracts will form part of the scientific programme of oral and poster presentations.

Abstract submission online will open in October 2010
Deadline for online abstract submission: 31 December 2010
Abstract submission for posters continues until 30 April 2011
Review deadline: 31 January 2011
Notification deadline: 11 February 2011

The main topics to be addressed are:

Washing, disinfection and sterilization of medical devices
Validation of equipment
Risk management in the central sterile supply department (CSSD)
Training of professionals
